🌱 — “Small Steps Add Up to help me payoff the student loan to be a Special Ed. Teacher”
My Name is Tim Eskuri, I am asking for your support ... $1 (or more if possible) at a Time, With Purpose
I believe progress is possible—even when the numbers feel overwhelming.
I’ve been a Special Education teacher for over 23 years, serving students with disabilities with my whole heart. I entered teaching later in life, called to serve, but unprepared for the reality of accumulating over $107,000 in student loan debt along the way.
Life happened. Raising a family mattered more than a balance sheet, and for many years my repayment plan has been paused by the U.S. Department of Education. During this time, I kept teaching, advocating, and believing in my students—even as the debt quietly grew.
Now, I’m choosing to move forward with honesty, community, and hope.
How You Can Be Part of This:
If you’re able to give $1 or more (if possible), you’re helping turn a daunting total into something manageable—one small step at a time.
💙 Any funds donated beyond my loan payoff will be donated to the Organization for Autism Research (OAR), supporting research and resources for the autism community I serve every day.
